Everyday Cyclist Episode 2: Climb Like a Cycling God (Steep or Long)

I've broken up the show into two consults based on the climbing needs of two different Cyclo-CLUB Members and fellow Everyday Cyclists.
Anna from Paris needs to develop more explosive strength and roll-over fitness to hang with her weekend triathlon group.
