Yes, I "broke the legs" of a fellow Everyday Cyclist, friend and Cyclo-CLUB member on a recent Chunk Training Ride this past weekend.

WHY would I want to break the legs of my friend, Tom?

Because he asked me to help him get out of his "one speed cycling" and learn the techniques and chunks to advance his cycling fitness to the next level.
