  i take some time to write,  i come back to cycling after 15 years off about racing, i am 50 years old but in great shape because i practice cross-country skiing, 15 to 25 km by ride in good time.By now i have left my job but i will re-start to work in late june at that moment i take my membership for one year . During this lay-off time i ride my bike 3 to 4 times by week normally 70 km. a ride.  Bye Richard Levesque</description>
