P.S. Yes, Wednesday, I tied my Joshuatown TT, within an endurance ride using my new Q-Rings! Then, I did 2 more HIT chunks after! Then, using Double-Ups I did two One Hour Muscle tension Chunks at 250-270 watts!! Are the Q's working? I think so!
