*Marker Ride: TEST THE SYSTEM! Mt. Greylock 113 Mile (9,990 ft of climbing) solo training ride that I absolutely nailed! Q-Rings Tested Successfully. MINI PEAK--> I hit peak shortly after this ride, which allowed supercompensation for the upcoming weeks of training. |

WEEK 3-5: BOLSTER ENDURANCE! This step was critical and has resulted in 3 PR's and about 6lbs. of fat-loss., not too mention the best endurance fitness I have ever had in 24 years. |

WEEK 6: OVERLOAD! Added more volume, more intensity, and less recovery between sessions for the Go Longer, Climb Stronger. Then quick recovery and then final CONFIDENCE RIDE (~5 hrs) this Friday before I start my taper on Saturday. |
