Here's how I look at cycling and life...
"If you can achieve your chosen goal with your current abilities and resources, it's not a goal that's worth doing."
To "spark" your goals and happiness, you must:
1) Pick goals that are beyond your current ability and make you "excited" to play!
2) Identify your weaknesses or potential roadblocks.
3) Select a "doable" training and nutrition system to help you achieve your goals.
