BONKING! Why it’s important…
If you've been riding a bike long enough, you've probably "bonked" before. If you haven't yet--you will! It's important, if you can believe it.
You know, "total body shut down and loss of energy during a ride". It happened to me yesterday doing Day 6 of the Go Longer, Climb Stronger Module.
