I got my butt kicked! (in a good way)

In this weeks podcast, I stated "it's a bad idea" to add a tough volume ride to your 7-Day Fat-Loss Bootcamp. It's stimply too tough to stick with the menu plan AND add in a long, tough ride.

Well, yours truly broke his own rules and got his butt kicked up 6,000 ft. of challenging western Mass cycling. I finished. But, not without suffering.

Sometimes, getting your butt kicked is a good thing...
