I started riding a bicycle some years later, that was the most awesome thing I could do for myself. Its kind of like physical theropy. It also made my day a better one. This year I am going to ride in the Hotter'N Hell Hundred for my 26th year. I have a little bit of a problem with energy or lack of it. Can you make a suggestion on what I could do for this obsticle?</description>
