Great podcast! Really enjoyed listening to your journey, the details of the event, the eating tips and then the subsequent let down once it’s over. I did the Horrible Hilly Hundreds up in WI back in June and spent most of the time prior to that ride in training for it. Once we got back I felt the same way as you described on this podcast.
