Dear fellow Everyday Cyclists,
We need leaders!
Tomorrow, Cyclo-CLUB begins its' search for "Everyday Cyclist Leaders" from around the world that will help us grow and revolutionize cycling from within.
Are you one of them?
Do you have a passion to ride that is more than just "miles" or "getting fit"?
Do you have "special interests" in cycling such as juniors, charity, racing, training, club, teams, or something else?
Are you someone that wants to be president or involved in your own club? Do you have a club that needs help or support? Do you want fellow clubs as friends around the world?
Are you by any chance a "programmer" that can help us build the ultimate cycling club and resource center in the world?
Write down what you would do (or want) if all of a sudden you were a decision maker in the cycling industry.
How would you make a difference?!
I'll be sharing more tomorrow, my friends.
In the meantime--write your ideas/passions down! Cycling needs you!
Sincerely,
Graeme Street, Owner of Cyclo-CLUB and Fellow Everyday Cyclist
P.S. Did you try the Cyclo-LOOSE IN 5' workout I have playing for everyone now? It's never too late to "get loose" and ride strong;)

Looking for fast and effective ways to drop body-fat, boost strength and efficiency, and possibly add a "turbo-charger" to your results?
That's what Ryan found using this combination...
"Graeme and Cyclo-CLUB,
Just wanted to say that it's gratifying that I actually had a product on my bike and using it in concert with the Cyclo-CLUB pedaling techniques before you started singing it's praises in the CLUB!
I must be plugged into the right things! The Q-Rings have been a surprise hit, like adding a turbocharger to my bike (or myself, really). As I mentioned at the Jamestown ride, I saw measured increase watt production and average speed over a 30-minute assault on Alpe d'Huez on the Tacx Fortius and now with the help of your Fat-Loss Bootcamp and Cyclo-FUEL Nutrition have dropped a ton of body-fat that has improved my cycling to another level.
In related news, I started doing some speedwork a couple of weeks back, and, I don't know if this is an anomaly (I have to back it up with a repeat performance to confirm), but I crushed my PB on what I call my "base loop" - 16.5 miles with rollers, only 400 ft of total ascent. I usually complete this in 55 minutes at 17.2 or so mph... Yesterday I managed under 51 minutes at 19.5mph average. (2.3 mph faster) My HR avg was 168...obviously giving it all I had. But still, I sustained it for 51 minutes and nearly fell off my bike when I saw the average speed!
Cyclo-CLUB has been an amazing resource and help. Thank you."

"Are You Fuel Challenged for Your Big Event?"
In part 1 of this premium level consult, we discussed TRAINING TACTICS for getting ready for an extreme endurance event for Premium Cyclo-CLUB member, Bryan Hansen.
Today in part 2, we'll discuss some of Bryan's ENDURANCE NUTRITION TACTICS so he (and you) may begin to PRACTICE well in advance of your big event or century.
Pay close attention, I have a few secrets using Hammer Nutrition Products if you are like me and tend to cramp or fatigue due to ammonia. (club members get 15%OFF)
