TRUTH: I’m Breaking Rules to Drop Weight for Triathlon and Cycling

I've decided to pursue some SPRINT TRIATHLONS in addition to my goals as an everyday cyclist. Yah, it helps to be LIGHTER and LEANER for triathlon. Not easy for me as a HEAVY RIDER. Today, I'll share with you the reality of what I've been doing to drop over 5 lbs in the past few weeks...and improve my cycling in the process.
